Ferry Trip to Suomenlinna Sea Fortress Sveaborg | Helsinki, Finland

Suomenlinna Sea Fortress is one of the UNESCO’s World Heritage Site and was built as a fortified army base to defend the Kingdom of Sweden against the Russian Empire.

Suomenlinna is accessible only by water. From Market Square we took a ferry service to  Suomenlinna. It took us approximately 15 minutes to the fortress.
